As of this month, UFinancial is joining forces with national mortgage brokering business, Court Financial Services. Its founder, Kris Court, and his team bring years of mortgage brokering experience to UFinancial, further enhancing and expanding our delivery of this service for our clients.

CFS skillset and experience will add to the exceptional service that our mortgage brokerage team already delivers.
Why are we partnering with Court Financial Services?
As we continue to operate in a dynamic industry, it’s important that we evolve and expand to ensure we can meet the needs of our clients. As the property market landscape keeps changing, the need for highly experienced mortgage brokers is more important than never before.
This partnership will see our UFinancial team grow to more than 50 employees and six Executives with an additional three dedicated mortgage brokers. If you are currently using one of our services such as financial planning or accounting, and find yourself interested in or in need of a mortgage, now is the time to speak with us!
Through this partnership CFS will sit under the UFinancial umbrella and adopt our name, contact details and office location. We are thrilled to have Kris Court and his team relocate to our St Kilda Head Office.
