I wanted to share some honest feedback based on my recent experience with UFinancials, which began about a month and a half ago. At first, I was genuinely impressed with my initial conversations with your consultant Franco. I appreciated their attentive approach and willingness to understand my situation as I explored options to consolidate and restructure my existing loans.
However, as we began to discuss documentation—like payslips and other important papers—the communication noticeably slowed down and became fragmented. I found myself needing to follow up frequently, often waiting a day or two for a short response, only to then experience another extended period without any updates. There were times when Franco mentioned possible bank evaluation options, but the dialogue would suddenly stop, leaving me uncertain and waiting for clarity.
Despite my efforts to stay engaged by sending multiple emails and messages, I was met with continued lack of responsiveness and seriousness from Franco. This inconsistency made the loan restructuring process far more stressful than necessary and left me frustrated, especially given that I was sharing sensitive information without the reassurance of professional communication.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend UFinancials—or Franco as a consultant—to others considering loan consolidation or restructuring. I hope this feedback proves useful, and I strongly urge anyone thinking of engaging with this company to exercise caution.
